Position OverviewLooking for a great way to gain office experience without jumping straight into a high-pressure sales role? Our State Farm agency is hiring an Intern to support our team with day-to-day tasks, customer coordination, and appointment scheduling.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn how a professional office runs, build communication skills, and explore future opportunities in insurance or business - without cold calling or licensing requirements.
What You’ll Do
- Schedule appointments and follow up with customers
- Assist with inbound calls, messages, and basic customer inquiries
- Support the team with administrative and organizational tasks
- Help maintain accurate records and update customer information
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Comfortable using computers, texting, and email
