"We have been loyal State Farm customers for over 10-years, our previous agent and team was absolutely amazing! We were extremely disappointed to find that our policy had been temporarily shifted to Amy's team. Upon reaching out to make a change on our vehicles at the end of July, Amy's team cancelled coverage on the wrong vehicle on our policy after confirming which vehicle should be cancelled twice! Now we are left dealing with our new agent who should not have to be dealing with the mess made by Amy's team. Would not recommend Amy or her team to anyone!"
